Easter is the Master piece and the Center piece of Christianity. And you can not affiliate with, or even call yourself a Christian, unless you celebrate this great day of Resurrection of the only begotten Son of the living God. And it is because Easter brings the much needed happy conclusion in the tumultuous relationship between God an Man, ever since Adam fell from grace. Also Easter is the master key that allows you to open up God's throne room, and sit with Him in perpetual communion. So today, I intend to share with you 3 Bible verses about Easter that will take you from prophecy revealed, to prophecy fulfilled and then to you enjoying all the benefits of having been made Heir to God's throne.
First Bible verse about Easter: Book Of Isiah, Chapter 26 verse 19. King James Version.
Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: For thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.
This verse depicts the coming of the Christ or Anointed One, and what His death will mean for mankind beginning with that very moment. And dead men on that day of Him dying on the cross shall rise up from their graves and live. And they did. And then you and I, who are dead spiritually as well as dead to the Father God for our sins, will live again in enlightenment and also in forgiveness of our sins, and then the restoration of our soul and spirit.
Second must know Easter Bible verse: Book Of Mathew, Chapter 20 verses 18-19. King James Version.
18. Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death.
19.And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: And the third day he shall rise again.
This is Christ delivering on this prophecy, and explaining exactly what is about to take place, and what was foretold long ago by The Father God. And it was all done to increase your faith and mine, and not for the benefit of the Christ. As well, the crucifixion was for your sins and mine to be repaid, and the resurrection was so you and I could live again spiritually in the presence of God.
Third Bible Verse you must know about Easter: Book Of John, Chapter 3 Verses 16-17. King James Version.
16. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.
And here you see how the prophecy of Easter came true and it was done so that you and I can have everlasting life through salvation by the blood, the death, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Also that we may be restored to our former Glory, which Adam had enjoyed. As well live and reign with the Father God through infinity and beyond. Dr.JamesDazouloute
